Association Membership Meetings

The Quail Valley Lot Owners Association consists of the homeowners, and the membership generally meets once a year in October in order to elect a new Board of Directors for the coming year.

Quail Valley homeowners assumed control of the Association in May 2006 and the first annual meeting under their control took place on October 30, 2006. Previously, the developer managed the Association and held meetings.

This page lists, where available, the agendas and minutes of the general Association meetings. Note that these meetings are distinct from the regular monthly meetings of the QVLOA Board of Directors, whose agendas and minutes are available elsewhere on this website.
