Meeting called to order: President Ray Nivarel called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m. Quorun of the Board was established: President Ray Nivarel, Secretary/Treasurer Robert Tindell and Board Director Ron Caron were in attendance. Also present was Senior Community Association Manager Andre Wilson, LCAM, with Premier Association Management. Proof of Notice: 48-hour notice was posted in accordance to Florida State Statutes. Review and Approval of Meeting Minutes: Ronald Caron made a motion to approve the Board Meeting Minutes from April 22, 2021. Robert Tindell seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously. Ray Nivarel made a motion to table the discussion regarding the flags until the next Board of Director's meeting. Robert Tindell seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously. Note: The Association is requesting estimates to monitor and general maintenance to the camera system located at the park. Note: The Association wanted to contact Walgreens to trim the trees at the monument sign that is obstructing the light to the entrance of the community. Note: The Association wanted to obtain the services of the Lake County Sheriff's Office for the off-duty services to be performed on June 16, 2021. Adjournment: Ray Nivarel motioned to adjourn the meeting at 8:05. Robert Tindell seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously. Next meeting: July 22, 2021 at the Premier Association Management.
