The Board of Directors meeting of the Quail Valley Lot Owners Association, Inc. met at Minneola City Hall. Management called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m. A quorum of the Board members was present with 3 of the 5 Board members in attendance. Present: Laura Smith Jones, Matthew Masem and Ray Nivarel. The management company was represented by Sandra Acevedo, Community Association Manager. Proof of Notice was confirmed. Financial Report The financial report provided. Briefly discussed. Management Report The Management report was included in the Board Packets and reviewed. Accepted by Laura Smith and seconded by Matthew Masem. Minutes from January 2019 BOD Meeting Previous month's meeting minutes were reviewed and signed by Ray. Unfinished Business Radar Sign — Both signs are being shipped back to the company for repair/replacement. Security Camera — Murray Sawyer — Owner — Seminole Access Technologies — 407-697-5989. Violations — Done with Ray. Landscaping — The contract has not been signed. 455 Gentle Breeze Pole — Done Park Light Poles — Dan needs to follow up. Yard of the month — needs to be done. New Business Open Floor The meeting adjourned at 8:18 p.m. with a motion from Matt Masem which was seconded by Laura Smith Jones. The next meeting is Thursday, March 28, 2019 at 7:15 p.m.
