The Board of Directors meeting of the Quail Valley Lot Owners Association, Inc. met at Minneola City Hall. Management called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m. A quorum of the Board members was present with 4 of the 5 Board members in attendance. Present: Laura Smith, Alfredo Rodriguez, Mattnew Masem and Melvin Ash. The management company was represented by Sandra Acevedo, Community Association Manager. Proof of Notice was confirmed. Financial Report The financial report provided. Briefly discussed. Management Report The Management report was included in the Board Packets and reviewed. Accepted by Laura Smith and seconded by Matthew Masem. Minutes from December 2018 BOD Meeting Previous month's meeting minutes were reviewed and signed by Melvin. Unfinished Business Radar Sign — Both signs are being shipped back to the company for repair/replacement Security Camera — Murray Sawyer — Owner — Seminole Access Technologies — 407-697-5989. Violations — Done with Laura — Approved by Laura Smith and seconded by Mathew Masem. Landscaping — Met with two landacapting companies 455 Gentle Breeze Pole — Done Park Light Poles — Gazebo Lights — Yard of the month New Business Annual meeting Shade Structure Open Floor The meeting adjourned at 8:50 p.m. with a motion from Laura Smith which was seconded by Matt Masem. The next meeting is Thursday, February 28, 2019 at 7:15 p.m.
