The meeting was called to order, at time 7:15 p.m. by Mike Ellis. A quorum of the Board members was met with 4/4 Board members in attandance. Present: Mike Ellis, Alfred Rodriguez, Mel Ash, and Ray Nivarel. The management company was represented by Jessie Chatman of EPM Services. The March 2017 minutes were approved with a motion from Ray Nivarel and seconded by Mel Ash. All in favor. The motion passed. Management Report Financials (as of March 21, 2017) Popular Bank Operating Account: $144,037.82 Popular Bank Reserves: $154,484.18 Valley National Operating: $14,099.44 Valley National Reserves: $23,365.43 Iberia Bank Savings: $100,579.29 Accounts Receivable: $31,226.01 Old Business None at this time New Business Terrance of WCA [Waste Corporation of America] was in attendance to advise the membership of the new trash bins and advised they can switch them out to smaller sizes after June 12th, 2017. Management is to send a sympathy card to 703 Whisper Sound on behalf of the Board of Directors, and Homeowners. Management is to make sure late fees are on homeowner ledgers who are delinquent as of March 2017. The Board of Directors advised the membership they will be individually checking the community weekly to ensure Rules and Regulations are being upheld. This is on top of the Monthly Manager Inspections. Membership is allowed one week after receipt of approved Rules and Regulations before violations incur.
