The meeting was called to order, at time 7:15 p.m.
Board members in attendance were as follows: Dave Yeager, Mike Ellis, Alfred Rodriguez and Ray Nivarel.
The management company was represented by Lisa Donohue of EPM Services.
The July 2016 minutes were approved with a motion from Alfred and seconded by Ray. All agreed. Motion passed.
Treasurers Report by Lisa Donohue

- CNL Operating Account: $122,639.79
- Centerstate Bank Money Market: $31,454.75
- CNL Reserve Account: $159,268.60
- Iberia Bank Reserves: $100,400.23
- Accounts Receivable: $26,592.64
Landscaping/Maintenance:
- New signage for retention ponds has been tabled until further investigation is done by the Board.
- A motion was made by Mike and seconded by Ray to repair the lights and ballasts at the park for $1300 by Brite Electric.
New Business:
- A motion was made by Ray and seconded by Alfred to move the CNL operating and reserve accounts to Popular Bank.
- Management was asked to find out when palms were last trimmed.
- A motion was made by Alfred and seconded by Mike that Jayslights will be paid $1,100 for deposit and $1,100 for installation for a total of $2,200 for Christmas lights this year. No new decorations will be purchased. Lights to be turned on the day after Thanksgiving..
- An additional yard sale banner will be purchased and sent to Mike Ellis for installation for the yard sale scheduled for Saturday, October 15 from 8-2pm.
- Management was asked to find out from the speed indicator company if they offer double-sided speed indicator signs and, if so, how much they would cost. The new speed indicator would be placed in front of the park on the north side of the street on Gentle Breeze.
