Meeting of Board of Directors Date & Time : Wednesday, May 25, 2011 Held at Minneola City Hall, Minneola, FL Minutes Note: Address any questions about Minutes to QVLOA Board of Directors or Lisa Donohue at EPM Services Meeting was called to order by David Yeager, at 7:15 p.m. Notice was posted on the QVLOA web and a sign was posted at the entrance of the neighborhood. Board members in attendance were as follows: David Yeager, Kerry Postel, Alfred Rodriguez, Mel Ash and Natalie Yancey. Lisa Donohue from EPM was present. Motion made by Natalie and second by Mel to approve the April 27, 2011 minutes. Treasurers Report by Lisa Donohue As of April 30, 2011 Wachovia Checking Account: $6,707.04 Regions Checking Account: $34,189.19 Regions Money Market: $158,603.93 Wachovia Money Market: $1.69 Accounts Receivable: $109,954.64 Committee Reports were given as follows: ARB Report: 2 paint requests — approved and 1 to be checked against the book 1 screen door — approved 1 landscaping — approved Violations: Lisa did a drive through before the meeting. Letters to be sent out accordingly. Motion made by Natalie and a second by Mel to send a letter to 2 homes that are known to be renting out individual rooms. Irrigation and landscaping: The irrigation meter is being checked every week and there have been no reports of the meter being locked. Lisa to contact PLM about new flowers for the front entrance and replacing the hedge that died in the freezes. Unfinished Business: None Under New Business the following topics were discussed: Yard of the Month for June to be decided by May 27, 2011. One of the benches of the picnic tables has been broken. Lisa to get a quote for a new bench in comparison to a new table and benches. Lisa to bring catalogue to next meeting to look at signs to go in the park. Manager's Report: No new owners moved into QV this month. Grasshopper mowed 7 homes that were either in foreclosure or mowed following non-compliance with violation letters. Currently there are 4 lien foreclosures and 1 bank foreclosure in QV. Next meeting is scheduled for June 22, 2011 at 7:15 p.m. Meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m. — motion by Natalie and second by Alfred.
