The meeting was called to order by Board President Ivelaw Gibson at 7:05 PM. In attendance were Board members Amy Deering, David Yeager, and Fred Wood. Absent board member was Nancy Jackson. With four out of five board members present, there was a quorum. Also in attendance were Patti Guerriero and 36 homeowners from Quail Valley.
Proof of Notice was acknowledged unanimously and a quorum certified with 4 of 5 Board members present.
This meeting was scheduled to listen to 3 management companies give their presentation to the homeowners and the Board of Directors. Scheduled first was Sentry Management, Mr. Todd Whitlock; Second presentation EPM Services, Mr. Rak Shama; and Third presentation Cagan Management Group, Mr. Isadore Cagan.
The proposed management companies were told that a decision would be made on June 11, 2007 at 7 PM at City Hall. After said companies left, President Ivelaw Gibson opened the floor for a poll of how the residents liked each company.
The votes were as follows: Sentry -1; EPM -19; Cagan – 0.
Final decision will be made by the Board of Directors on Monday, June 11, 2007 at 7 PM at City Hall.
