- According to the governing documents of the Association, all proposed changes to the exterior of homes and property in Quail Valley (house color, additions, fences, pools, etc.) must be submitted to and approved by the ARC prior to commencing work and prior to obtaining City of Minneola permits.
- Approved House Colors
- Any painting of a home's exterior requires ARC approval.
For the most part, the approved paints are available at Sherwin-Williams, the closest outlet of which is at 365 Citrus Tower Blvd. in Clermont. Lowe's also carries Sherwin-Williams paints.
Many or the original colors used in Quail Valley have been discontinued, so it is often impossible to repaint exactly as Banyan designed. However, color choices have been broadened considerably and homeowners may choose from any of the approved colors.

When you are submitting an ARB Request, it is not submitted to the Board until ALL required documentation such as plot plans and pictures is provided to the Community Coordinator at the management company.
- Appeal Process
- The ARC approves or denies applications based on the rules and regulations which govern all homeowners in Quail Valley.
If an application is denied, the homeowner has the right to appeal to the Board of Directors for review.
